Villa Rachele Beccaria Sala Comacina Like
Located opposite Comacina island, this villa was once the home to many distinguished individuals including Beccaria Bonesana who built the villa in the 18th century and much later Cesare Cantu, writer, historian and patriot who left it to his daughter Rachele. The villa is best viewed from the lake or the western most point of Comancina island, as it is not open to the public. However, the garden can be viewed on the second Sunday in June by reservation.
