Presently the municipal office for the town of Cavallasca and tourist office for Spina Verde Park, the villa is surrounded by a beautiful park and terraces. The building has important wall paintings, mythological and biblical in theme. Noteworthy are the wooden ceilings, pebble mosaic and grotto with fountain. The park contains an Italian and English style garden characterized by many tall trees and rare specimens of flora.
