The refuge is located in the Val d'Intelvi on the Via dei Monti Lariani trekking route - at 5h20 from Cernobbio, at 0h40 from Alpe di Cerano or at 1.30 hrs from Schignano Open: Friday, Saturday and Sunday all year round July, August and September daily except Tuesday.
