Riccardo Bestetti was born in Milano where he received his diploma in advertising photography at the European Institute of Design. In the 1985, he opens a studio where he deals with advertising and industrial photography. In the same time he works for a newspapers and magazine as reporter. Over time he is more and more attracted by social photography a sector which delights him as he finds the working environment not as cold and vapid as the studio where he had worked. Especially, he takes pictures at weddings where, thanks to a refined journalistic style with a strong emotive impact, he gives life to unconventional shots to highlight beauty and quality.
