Located just minutes south of Bellagio’s town centre is this charming little village that can be reached by foot, car or a shuttle train known as “Trombetta". Noteworthy is the small dock with examples of “Lucie" or traditional fishing boats with their characteristic ringed tops; Santa Maria di Loppia Church; fine restaurants; proximity to Villa Melzi; and a set of 800 stone stairs that lead to the Lecco side of the lake, where you’ll be greeted (only visually) by Villa Giulia a private residence with gardens and a fountain.
