La Spiaggia is situated in front of the lake in Oliveto Lario, a village along the coast road leading from Lecco to Bellagio, 15 minutes from the two towns. Surrounded by a large garden with fenced pool 4x8, the house - 18 sleeping - covers three terraced levels, each with indipendent entrance: mezzanine, 1st floor and attic. At the 1st floor, a wide dining / living room opens on a panoramic veranda with table and chairs. Across the road, the house has a private sun-terrace equipped with sun-beds and sun-shades, with direct access to the beach and to the lake.
