Menu changes every night of the week (and which in turn changes every three or four weeks without recurrence). The customer can only decide whether to take the entire menu (from starter to dessert) or just a dish or two (but always within the menu of the day). Patrons may also decide wine pairings (the wine cellar is well taken care of 60 Italian wines from 10 to 50 euros without wine mark-ups and the possibility to combine the dishes with wine by the glass).
