Fishing is one of our most important activities at Silvio's Hotel Restaurant. It is not only essential to our cuisine, but we also care about spreading it's culture and knowledge. At this purpose we offer our Guests the opportunity of following our fishermen both while they set their nets in the water in the afternoon and when collecting them from the Lake at night. It is not only a recreational activity but represents proof of both the origin and the freshness of the catch.
