Crottone Crotto Tipico Dongo Like
In the hills above Dongo there is this historic wine cellar or cave that dates back to the fifteenth century where they always kept the good wine and typical local cheeses such as semuda, salami and local baloney in a natural constant temperature. The Riella family manages this crotto offering a terrace with scenic view living room with chimney offering typical dishes such as locally cured meats (cold cuts), homemade dishes, polenta, barbeque made on stone grill or wild boar, braised beef and all followed by good local wine.
