The Al-Marnich farm, in Schignano (Lake Como), has been producing for over 15 years and now sells online: up to 7 varieties of cow and goat cheeses (fresh and / or seasoned). All our cheeses are produced with a natural method, using only freshly milked raw milk (both goat and cow), selected ferments and craftsmanship (hand-brushed and without additives; with rind, therefore: edible). Our small dairy works with artisanal and non-industrial rhythms: the product that comes out of it is clearly a natural cheese, with an authentic flavor, very refined and produced in small quantities.
